Health Declaration Form Required for Vietnam Entry from July 2026

From July 1, 2026, all travelers entering Vietnam must complete a mandatory health declaration form; this applies to inbound, outbound, and transit passengers regardless of nationality. The form is available in Vietnamese and English, either online or on paper, and must be submitted within seven days before travel.
